Check-in & Check-out
Check-in from 3pm / Check-out by 10am - We don't offer a paid early check-in option, but if you contact us on the day of arrival we may be able to get you in sooner. Late check-outs are chargeable and subject to availability.
Do you provide wifi?
Yes, all of our properties have high speed internet connections at no extra cost.
Parking in Windsor
We have a limited number of parking spaces in Windsor, available to book separately. Alternatively, the Victoria St, East Berks & Alma Road car parks are closest to our properties.
Parking in Portsmouth
There is pay & display parking on most roads by our properties, but we may be able to provide visitor vouchers in some circumstances, at an extra cost. Get in touch for more info.
